52 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

This is not a tourist inn. It's occupied by local laborers, long term. It's dirty, nothing works, the staff is surly, and it's located in a rough neighborhood. If your travel agent or wholesaler offers this property, find a new one.
