Following is an excerpt from a letter I wrote to the national office - You can decide yourself
You really need to have the owner/manager of the facility check and correct the following:
Strong chemical smell in the room
Dead insects stuck to walls not a whole lot, but noticeable
Sink area not cleaned up
Bathroom area looked as it had been wiped down very quickly with one wet paper towel i.e. not to much cleaning was done, the toilet looked to have been used without cleaning, the floor was sticky and the shower dirty. My wife could not bring herself to use the bathroom. I could not bring my self to shower in it. In the morning we discovered a roach in the bath tub.
The refrigerator was turned off when we arrived and smelled as if something were rotting in it needless to say we did not use it.
The dumpsters were very near our room, I understand that it is hard to keep them from smelling during the summer, but they could have been placed in the enclosure right next to them to at least give a better appearance out of sight, out of mind.
The mattresses were not just lumpy, they were terrible.
The chairs were stained with I dont know what nor care to know.
During the night, our family all received several bites on our legs from something in the covers. In the morning, my wife discovered spiders in the comforters which thankfully we had not used.
