Americas Best Value Inn North Orlando Hotel

The room was very clean. The carpet, toilet, tub walls, and sink all appeared brand new. The linens were clean and changed everyday, however the bedspreads appeared old and worn. The pool had some leaves in it, but it was still fairly clean. The spa was cold, though. The family that owned the hotel was very friendly and helpful to us. The hotel is convenient to Altamonte Mall and to many restaurants. A drugstore was not far down the road, also. The sign has not been changed to Days Inn yet; there is a plastic sign over the old Best Value sign. With the sign problem and road construction, I had difficulty finding the hotel. The palm trees and well-kept flower beds made the hotel more pleasant. For the money, I got a bargain. This was a better Days Inn than some I've stayed in.

The rooms are news redone, I stayed there before they were so I can tell u oh yes they are too.

I have stayed there...probably 30 times in the last 4 yrs...( i am a woman) i travel ALONE .... the rooms are nice.. the cell signalisnt great in the front ..so i ask for a back room.

the fast net serivce is great... i even forgot my plug and they lent me one!

pool is always clean .. the hot tub wasnt heated...( who heats a hot tub when tis 90 out? ) the jets do need to be back washed so they bubble better

i got an extened ck out with no grief...at all.

they are close to everything with out the hassle of traffic ( except they are doing road work out front NOT the INNS FAULT.

the dunkin donuts isjsut down the street ( one of my favorites) ....

so is a grocery and many resteraunts... staff has always been pleasant to me.

New rooms and they are clean (when you stay out a lot, you know what that means to you). Friendly staff. Clean pool and free high speed internet. Since I stayed here first time (Dec 06) now everytime I am in Orlando, this is the place I stay. Away from all the highway noise and they even try to reserve the same room I like. Works for me and I'm sure you'd agree.

The front desk manager/owner was extremely abusive to me. I made a reservation over the phone so he had my credit card information. I got to the hotel on 2/13/07, what a hole in the wall. He stated all the rooms were brand new. No they were not. He also stated that hookers rent the room by the hour there. Really. What a great selling point I thought. NOT!! Mind you I am in adverstising sales and a woman. I was exhausted so I check into the 80.00 room. The front door didn't even lock properly. So I ask to see another room it was a hugh ugly jaccuzi room, I mean my gosh, that's all that I could see what this monsterous jaccuzi . Gross. So i tried to talk to him he refused and was yelling and threaten me. I left. He turned around and charged my credit card for 160.00 for one night. I dind't even stay. Ok possible the 80 for that one night. But he charged me the 160 for that disgusting jaccuzi room. He has no customer service skills. He is into putting women down and has no manners at all.
