Hotel newly renovated. Owners onsite and helpful. Rooms clean. The area is busy, but the hotel is quite and safe. I liked its location, easy walk to a historic downtowns. Yuba City and Marysville. All amenities close.
Before arriving to Yuba/Marysville we called every other options. The Best Value Inn was the best price and ,by far, more friendly than all others. They were in process of a complete remodel. Our room was clean, had a table and good heat. Laundry...

Spacious and clean rooms,along with the good amenities made me feel at home and the hotel staff were very friendly and caring. The wake up service was very convenient for me and also the wireless internet. I loved my stay here and surely will be back here in future.

I will never do business with a hotel who's owner is rude and verbally insulted me and my wife while trying to make reservations on the phone. How do they expect to do business? This place is a dump with rude owners.
