Mediocre
Don't get me wrong. The maids were friendly and helpful, but the rude woman at the front desk absolutely refused to give me an am/fm radio that worked. (And they do advertise that they are in the rooms.) I had to spend 5 days there because my car ...

Booked a non-smoking room, once I arrived Saturday evening, I was told they only had smoking rooms available. The room's (#126) alarm clock was not working, checked the plug behind the bed and the outlet was coming off the wall (electrical hazard!!) The blow dryer did not work, there was a continuous leak in the tub, the toilet handle had to be jiggled after flushing otherwise the water kept running, and finally, the maid came at approx 11am Sunday to tidy up the room, told her to come back later and she never returned. I informed the desk clerk that the dryer/clock were not working and the response was "oh, ok." Not a good experience at all.

I spent a week in this motel in Okt. 07. The rooms are large, with huge king sized beds, a biggish (28") TV, table, big closet, chest of drawers, refrigerator and a spacious bathroom as well.

The front desk was so bad and they are very ignorant. We went to check in at 10 am after long travel, the personnel were not too accommodating enough to answer our concerns for an early check-in, we wanted to cancel our reservations because we waited for a long time and we were very tired. Instead they still charged us and luckily we ended up staying at a good hotel.

We wanted a room out of town and this motel fit the bill. Our plane was delayed and we arrived late--2 a.m. It was 91 degees outside and even hotter inside the room! The air conditioning had not been turned on in advance (we had a paid reservation) The room had a wall mount air conditioner with the warning not to turn it to high or it would freeze up and quit working. Trying to fall alseep in a really hot room with an inadequate air conditioner (after a long day of travel) was frustrating and MISERABLE! Driving through Las Vegas and Henderson I saw many rooms much cheaper (boasting air conditioning!) I would never stay here again.
