I love this hotel. They have a good price, customer service and location for me. There is walking distance restaurant and close to freeway. I would like recommend this hotel to everyone who loving travel with limited budget. :)

I was staying this hotel for 5 days for business trip. My husband and me from Iowa city. We like Americas Best Value Inn, Lake Forest/Irvine. Staff very helpful and friendly, the room was clean. Very convenience location. I would like recommend this hotel to anyone and I will back stay this hotel again in the future.

Very good 2 stars hotel. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The property very clean. Staff very friendly and professional. The contimental breakfast and coffee already in lobby at 6 Am. Location very convinience. It was worth to stay .I would recommended to all my friends and families.

The trash containers were overfull a lot of the time. They had an excellent continental breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Lake Forest.
I might recommend it to friends.

51 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business

The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough. The price was reasonable considering the free wi-fi internet connection and the price of other places in the same area. But there was no bar, restaurant, room service or a refrigerator. I would not recommend it for long stays.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Lake Forest.
I might recommend it to friends.
