We had called and reserved a king bed and they did not have it when we arrived. We also asked for additional pillows due to medical condition and they did not have those for two days. Kleenex were empty, we set the box out and was never replaced. On our last day we did not receive towels or washcloths.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Fort Smith.
I might recommend it to friends.
