Best Western Pier Point Inn is a nice place.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Forest Grove.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

48 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was awful. There was no hot water in the shower. Well, you could get hot water after waiting for 5 min but it never got through when switching from bath to shower. With $130+ rate this is shocking.

Room key was misfunctioning. At some point I had to ask a serviceman to let me in.

Breakfast was far below expectations for that rate.

Not surprisingly, hotel was almost empty (that was a July weekend!)

I short, if you happen to be in Florence, choose another place to stay.

I am not likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Forest Grove.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I will not stay at the hotel in Florence but we will definitely stay at the hotel in Oregon. It is much nicer and the staff treats you so very well, and the rooms are less than the other one. It’s a much better place to stay!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Forest Grove.
I would not recommend it to friends.
