Americas Best Value Inn Cody Hotel - Page 1

The check in person was rude at night when we got there. The room looked very clean when we got in until we pulled out the roll away bed and the top blanket had a liquid spill on it. When we asked for a clean blanket the man said it wasnt that dirty. My daughter slept in her sleeping bag on top of it. The rest of the room was clean and a good size. The beds were comfortable and overall a nice night. Noisy AC unit that ran off and on all night but the room stayed comfortable. The pool looked very clean but was extremely cold! The kid enjoyed it anyways for while. They advertise the best rate and I think they have it. Breakfast was bagels toast and coffee with juice for the kids. Nice lobby and convenient location for activities in and around Cody.

Our stay was a nightmare! The owner did not ask us if we had a pet or inform us pets were not allowed. We stayed three nights and on the fourth day came and told us to leave immediately because we had a dog. He was yelling and screaming at us!! We came home from our vacation to find out he charged us $100.00 on our credit card for pet cleaning fee. No customer service or class whatsoever. Stay away!
