Stayed twice to give them a second chanch. First stay: was kept up 2 nights by noisy A/C and Frig wouldn't cool. I wasn't put in the room I had reserved. I had them move me to another room on the 3rd night. That room was OK. Second stay :3...

We were suprised to find out once we arrived that the rates for our stay was actually $12-$15 cheaper per night than I had seen online when looking for a hotel. This was an unplannned trip to TN. and right after Christmas so that was nice....

This hotel was in a good location. It is one exit away from the mall and many resturants. The room was big. It had a refrigerator and microwave. There was also a loveseat in the room. The only con I saw was that the tub could have been cleaner. ...

Park Inn will be called America's Best Value Inn starting in January 2007, but I'm assured it will be the same hotel. A ** hotel priced like a one star hotel.
Nice, quiet, clean and good location off the highway.
The room we were in had terrible pillows and did not have fitted sheets and the sheets are not comfortable when they are not fitted. Serves a nice breakfast for the price. One thing we did...

Rooms unclean: Mold on shower curtain, cobwebs in room, etc.
Continental Breakfast: donuts and pastries stale, OJ watered down, only good part about stay was the waffles and only because you could make them fresh...

There were lots of complaints from the guests who did not appreciate the attitude of the management who also works front desk. Why pay hard earn money to be treated badly. Don't stay here. Too many better hotels in the area. To pay for the...
