NACustomoer Service. We booked this room for our graduate students and they found a crack pipe in one of their rooms and witnessed a woman leaving another room that looked like a lady of the evening. We advised the students to leave and go to...

Price was good.Room not as clean as expected. Very unfriendly staff/manager. Room not as clean as I would like. Housekeeping overlooked trash on floor left behind from previous guest. Front desk person who I think is the manager is very unfriendly....

Horrible
Staff was rude, hotel smelled horrible, and the room was dirty, however, it is located in the heart of San Clemente. The only reason I stayed for two nights was that the other hotels in the area were booked.
It was near restaurants/gas station/freeway exit.The towels were too small & not very absorbent. Great hotel for the money. Not the nicest hotel ever but it was clean & convenient.
