Needs an overhaul!

38 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

This wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed, but it was close. The room smelled musty and dirty. The toilet had a "sanitized" band on it, but it wasn't clean. The bathtub didn't drain and had gunk in the bottom. The carpet wasn't clean. The sheets were clean, but stained. Don't stay here, find another place!

I am not likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Brownwood.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The beds were extremely hard. The pool needed maintenance. The cement was cracking around the top of the pool.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We asked for snacks thinking we received them.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Brownwood.
I might recommend it to friends.
