Not what I'm looking for in a motel!

62 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The motel was not near as nice as others we stayed in for the same price.

The bathroom light didn't work, although the management fixed it upon request. The room had an odor similar to used clothing at the "thrift shop".

They had a mediocre breakfast. The heater was barely adequate.

I am not likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn Blackwell.
I would not recommend it to friends.
