Entrance into the room had me worried. The main doorway area wasn't very clean. Coffee pot and refridgerator were dirty. The rest of the room was very clean and spacious. Great pool. I was pleasantly suprised.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was really spacious and tidy. The continental breakfast was a good start to each day. I found the staff helpful and friendly. I feel this hotel is a great value for the money ( I booked thru Orbitz). This hotel is attached to a fantastic restaurant and is in a really convenient location. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again myself.
Had to stay last month for a few days - paid higher price than here. But it was clean and quiet. So I am staying here again. Has great restaurant if you like steak. This place is much better than most for the value.

Nice hotel, bad customer service. The hotel was good, very nice indoor pool and hot tub. The room was pretty nice, large enough for a family of 4 semi-comfortably. The outdoor pool was very, very dirty and the fitness room had the actual workout station broken. Within the last 24 hours of our stay I had to get my cards recoded 4 different times because everytime we went to the pool area we couldn't get in our room, and finally at check out there we 3 long distance charges for a total of about $16.00 on my bill that were not from me or my family, but I was told by Russell the manager that the calls originated from the room so it must have been us, so I was told that there was no way I was getting the charges reversed(not happy about that). Other than those few snags I enjoyed my stay, but am still mad that they lost a customer(I travel for business every week of the year) over a $16.00 charge I didn't make.

I might recommend it to friends.

The location was ok. There was a little bit of confusion on where the driveway was due to some construction barrels. The room was large enough, but it had a fairly bad mildew smell. There were also ants in the bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were the worst I have ever used. I would highly recommend bringing your own pillow. The pool was closed for the season and I really did not have the time to use any of their facilities. I did try the free continental breakfast, but I ended up leaving because the food looked a little sketchy. Instead of individual milks, there was an open pitcher of milk sitting on ice. The hotel is within ten minutes from downtown Norfolk, which was my main requirement for my trip, though, I really would not want to be wandering outside my room at night.

The best part about this hotel is that after a long trip you can take a relaxing swim or hang out in the hot tub. For those of you whom have children this place is worth the money. We traveled 8 hours in a car and this was our stop for the day, we ...
This was by far the most horrific hotel experience I have ever had and I didn't even stay the night. I booked this hotel online prior to leaving on a 25+ day road trip across the US. After being on the road a few days I realized that we would...
