Horrible
Two men tried to get into my room at 2:00 am. on another night. And when the bathroom ceiling fell in with water pouring down I checked out. I told the management about all of it. The location of the motel is in a very bad side of town. My boss...
We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for the Graduation of our Army Son at Fort Sill. Upon our arrival, the lobby area felt very humid, and we thought that it was because of the outside weather. But when we went to our rooms, it was horrible. It smelled of mold and mildew, the rooms were warm, and more humid that out side. The lights flickered for about a minute before they turned on fully. Even the TVs had bad reception. My husband checked the air vents to see if the AC was running properly, but appeared to be venting warm + wet air. The ceiling even had mold/mildew stains. When my husband went back to the hotel lobby to complain and ask about the AC, they said that their AC was working just fine and that it was an older style that used a water drip system. When my husband told them that they did not have AC, but a swamp cooler they insisted that their AC was working perfectly. They gave my husband 2 more rooms to check, but they were even worse than the ones we had. We checked out IMMEDIATELY and went elsewhere. At the other hotel and at the Graduation Ceremony, we met at least 8 other families that had also checkout from the Fort Sill Ramada and/or were totally disgusted with the Ramada premises.

Okay
The room had a bad smell and the bed was awful. It was not only worn out but whoever makes the beds needs more training because it looked like it was just thrown together. I would surely not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Of the forty-plus nights I stay in hotel rooms each year, this is the worst. First, the staff at the desk was indifferent at best. Second, the air conditioning in the room was very poor, barely blowing cool air, and it was mouldy smelling. Third,...
