Gone downhill. Stayed at this motel in 2005 for an FSU game (hard to get accomodations)and thought it was adequate. Stayed again this past weekend and was disgusted with the room. Waste baskets were not emptied, blood and dead bugs on the bathroom floor, air conditioner leaking on to the carpeting (saturating the rug)and burned out light bulbs. We called and asked mgmt. to come pick up the wastbaskets - they never showed up. At checkout, other guests were complaining loudly about roaches, etc. in their rooms. Manger just shrugged his shoulders.
I am not likely
to return to the Americas Best Value Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

: The location was decent, the front desk help was very nice, the rooms could have used a iron board.
: My advice for travelers " If you don't have much money , go. If you can afford another hotel , Go. When you travel from far, you would want a nice clean room. These rooms are not all that clean, but they are decent".
: If you are going just to have a good time, its the best place. Really, This hotel is really not all that bad. You get what you pay for and for 50 bucks a night , It's a good deal. It has a pool and the front staff is really nice. What you gonna expect a red carpet when you walk in , nope, not for 50 dollars.
There was nothing about this place to like! The room we had looked like the excess furniture was stored there. The wall paper was falling off the wall, the shower was filthy, the bed needed to be put back on the frame and the air conditioner didn't...

This place is a dump. There were bugs in the room crawling on me in the middle of the night. The toilet clogged up and they couldn't get someone to fix it until the next day. The place is falling apart. I would sleep in my car before I would ever stay there again. Stay away!
