We had confirmation numbers from the 800 number and when we checked in, they did not have us listed locally. They blamed the confirmation number mix up on the faxing of information from the agents to the actual hotel.
They offered us a smelly, run-down smoking room with double beds instead of a Queen for almost 20 dollars more. They would not even honor the same price (AAA) we confirmed at or offer to call or help us figure out why the confirmation number got mixed up in the first place.
The manager told us there were plenty of hotels in the area if we were not happy with their arrangements. Oh yeah, and there were not any fresh baked cookies at check-in.

Mediocre
Outdated facility with questionable cleanliness, waited 10 minutes to get a key that worked, unpleasant smelling shower curtain, breakfast had poor quality and selection.
