Got a good deal. You get what you pay for. The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff are friendly. It is located in a nice locality.I liked the hospitality and the service.

The best value in is a rip off and a price gouger! On the last race weekend (October 5th) my boyfriend and i along with some of our friends went to Talladega.
We decided to go at the last minute and the Best Value Inn was our las resort. The people at the front desk (the owners) were horribly rude and uncooperative. They wanted to offer help in no situation. Two of the girls that went on the trip with us looked the hotel up online and after doing so went and bought a "bed in a bag" to sleep on because they expected the rooms to be so nasty.
According to several web pages I have visited since then these rooms go for $39 dollars a night and on race weekend we paid $129 a night. WHAT! $129 a night to stay in an absolute crap-hole. We did not shower or even walk around on the carpet without shoes on. To add some sugar to the cake the owners have a nice big brand new 7-series BMW sitting out front. it was a place to sleep, but for WAY to much money and a definite lack on cleanliness.
Paid for room and then got our money back as soon as we looked inside. I would not even let my dog stay there!!!! I am trying to find out how to turn them in; they should NOT be in...
Room and bed stunk and "felt" &unclean. Hairs and bug on vanity. Matresses and springs were ancient, stained and I itched for days. Not a place I would send another person.
When I go to a motel , the very least you should get is a clean...
We did not have high expectations, but we sure didn't expect what we got. One of the double beds only had one sheet and it was dirty. The mattress & pad looked like something picked up off the side of the road. A wash cloth folded & hung on a clean...
No maid service for two days, yes I did complain the first day. Horrible rooms, mattress was from Moses' time period. Pillows had holes in them with stuffing coming out. Paid $535.00 for 2 nights three days. What an Idiot I was. Would not...
