The staff was very accommodating. There was a barbecue grill available for the guests to use. That made dinners a lot better than PBJ's. There was also a room available for dining which made it nice for the two large families we had to eat together. Breakfast was very will done.
Mitakuye Oyasin means "All my relatives" in Lakota. This hotel treated us like family from the minute we walked into the hotel. We had reservations at Days Inn, but when we arrived (after driving for four hours) Days Inn told us they had no record of our reservation, nor did they recognize the confirmation numbers. Days Inn turned us away and told us to try Americas Best Value Inn. Not only did Americas Best Value Inn give us rooms, but they matched the rate we were quoted for Days Inn, which was a lot cheaper than their rates. They went the extra mile when they didn't have to. Thank you Reeva, Nikki, and Donna, we (Coe College: Lakota Culture class) are forever grateful.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very informative and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place. The rooms were outstanding a very clean and comfortable. The apple waffles were the bomb. This may be a four star hotel or lower, but a 5-star in coustomer service and cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. You will not be disappointed. I recommend a suite king room. Thank you guys for everything. You made our vacation a memorable one.

The rooms were clean and up to date. The breakfast, including the waffles was outstanding and the desk attendant could not have been more helpful and cheerful. We will plan future trips to enable us to stay with again. Our dog also rated it excellent!
