55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husband and I, along with 9 other family members, stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to attend a long planned family reunion. The first night we found cockroaches in our bed and had to get up, dressed and go to Walmart at 1 am to buy bug spray. The hotel moved us to a second room at 2 am. Second day the toilet in our new room broke. The hotel was informed before we left for the reunion. We returned 8 hrs. later to find it still had not been fixed. The rooms were dirty, some rooms had no towels and requests for more towels were either slow or ignored. TV's and radio randomly worked. Bottom floor rooms had rotting door frames and were moldy. The pool had broken beer bottles in it. Will NEVER stay at this chain again!

I loved nothing about this hotel. The beds sheets didn't even have a fitted sheet just a short sheet that didn't even fit the bed. The bathroom was not clean had vomit on the walls. The wait to be checked in was at least 30 minutes a person and don't make reservations because that doesn't even help they don't even have the rooms you have reserved they give you different rooms when you get there and they don't even know if they were cleaned or not. I think they don't have enough staff for the rooms they have and the I think the health department should come and check this motel out and they probably wouldn't be in business if they visited.

I stayed here several times while traveling on vacation. The staff was very friendly each time and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The free shuttle to casinos is excellent, and the price of rooms allows you to spend more money on leisure like gambling and food!

They seemed interested in our needs and worked to book us on the ground floor as we requested. They answered all our questions appropriately. The room was stocked with a coffeepot and coffee, an ice bucket, and clean towels. They also offered to supply anything else we might need.
