Worst place I have ever stayed. Reserved non-smoking, got smoking with ashtrays in the room. Suppose to have refrig/micro, neither were there. Will probably never try another Americas Best Value Inn.

This hotel was awful. The pictures showed doors that open to the inside, NOT outside. There was a HUGE stain on the carpet. After checking in the maintainence man tried to change the locks and interrupt us. It was HORRIBLE!!! Worst experience...

This was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The carpet was sticky and damp. The bathroom was falling apart. Ceiling tiles were missing. Poor TV receiption. No maid service. Not even worth $10/per night.

We now realize that when booking a room we must pay the extra few dollars if we want satisfaction. Our room was very dirty, the shower had black mold in it, the water in the shower adjusted itself when it saw fit and you scorched your skin...

I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to stay at this motel. The floor sagged really bad. The ceiling tiles were falling down. The bathroom was disgusting..not clean! My husband laid on the bed and then jump up because it smelled like pee !!!! We did...

The price was okay, considering what most places charge now days. Although the prices at any hotel should be anywhere from $10 to $20 cheaper then what they are. I will probably stay there again if am in the Detroit area!
