The television remote was missing from our room. Everything else was fine.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a good hotel. But the restaurant was very understaffed, however, and they were rude.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The television remote did not work very well. The restaurant staff was excellent. The ice machine was too far away. The playground for kids was very welcome.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn.

Overall, the hotel was fine. But we had to change rooms because the air conditioner was not working.
