40 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I don't even know why this place is called a hotel. The rooms smell and the beds are so small. The staff is rude and when you call for extra towels they say sorry you have to wait tomorrow. The bathroom had mold all over it. ewwww

57 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I was with two others and we had motorcycles and he made sure we were able to get them parked under cover and out of the rain.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. We had a problem with one of the beds but it was fixed.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Value Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

The rooms were clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had our reservations ready and gave us a quick check in.
