Americas Best Value Inn Hotel - Page 1

We hated pretty much every thing there. Can't believe this hotel can be in any part of civilized world. The rooms were filthy - you will be cheated by the newly painted exterior and the swimming pool. My room didn't have a trash can, neither did it have a coffee maker. Free continental B'fast - just on their board. When we asked the lady at the front desk, she said there was a 7-11 near by. Worst of all, they did not even know how to bill us. Our credit card slip was signed by SOME BODY ELSE. Even though we had booked for 2 nights, we got a call after day 1 that we did not vacate as promised. It was the WORLD's WORST VALUE INN. Dont ever stay there unless they pay you to stay!!

The desk staff was very apologetic about the TV not working. In fairness, it was not discovered until 1: PM, so it was not likely to get fixed at that hour. Nevertheless, it should have been working upon arrival.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms (i.e. furniture) and the amenities provided (i.e. hairdryer) were very impressive. The staff was also very informative and got their job done efficiently and well.
