IT WAS CLOSE TO THE PLACES I WANTED TO VISIT. BUT THERE WERE DEAD AND LIVE BUGS EVERYWHERE, SPIDOW WEBS IN THE WINDOWS, THE WALLS WERE NOT CLEANED, THE CARPET WAS DAMP FROM THE TIME I ARRIVED UNTIL THE TIME I LEFT, AND IT SMELLED, THERE ARE NO STAIRS
I am not likely
to return to the Americas Best Value Inn-Tunica Resort.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Don't stay here. Halls in entry doors looked like they had not been cleaned in months. There was dirt, dead bugs and spider webs. Our room had not been vacuumed or dusted. When checked in, called and asked them to come up and vaccum up cracker crumbs and to dust. Maintenace guy came up and did it, said maids had left. Later before we went out, decided to turn bed back and it looked like the sheets had not bee changed, plus the fitted sheet had been turned over on wrong side and put back on bed. While we were out, called back to lobby and asked them to have clean sheets at front desk when returned. We would make bed ourselves. Stopped at lobby got sheets but when we got to room they had a set lying on bed. When making bed, the mattress cover was soiled with blood. I used the blanket as a mattress cover and made up the bed. The air conditioner was loud in our room and the hallway and I kept waking up during the night. Upon checkout, tried to talk to a manager but none was there. Called back next day and complained to manager, who was a foreigner, Arab, Indian, or something. I asked him to discount my bill. He kept trying to overtalk me and really was not helpful at all. Said I was the only complaint they got. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had been able to get another room. I will never, ever stay there again. Date of stay was July 4, 2008. The bes thing about the continental breakfast was the coffee. Don't stay there.

We booked a room with this hotel at a much lower rate than what they charged us. When we checked in, I had copies of the reservation that I had made on the ABVI website that the front desk clerk was going to use but after a back room discussion between the manager and the owner, I was charged a much higher rate. The room was dirty, the hallways were hot and musty and there was no elevator service to the top floor where the room was located. This hotel is a disgrace and shame to the Robinsonville area. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Its best to drive into Memphis before staying here. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THE WEBSITE STATES ABOUT THE HOTEL............IT IS NOT TRUE. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we can't wait to go back!

This hotel staff was very rude and inconsiderate. They did not care about the problems that we brought to their attention. The room was disgusting. The floors were not cleaned. Half of the lights did not work. There were dead bugs in the bathroom and live bugs crawling around. The bathroom drains did not work.
We were promised a certain room and then told it was "our problem" that we didn't get one. I thought that was the point of reserving a room with a credit card. This hotel also advertises itself as centrally located, but it is way off the path of all the tourist attractions.
