When I booked the room, my discover card was used to reserve the room. When we got there, the guy at the front desk (David) said that they did not take discover. I said that they took it to book the room, but he wouldn't take a credit card and wanted cash. I said that I wanted to use the credit card because I was receiving a 5% cash back bonus, but he said that discover charged too much and that they were no longer accepting it. We were tired after 9 hours on the road and I paid cash. The room was dirty and during the night, we had trouble with bugs in the bed. I complained to the front desk and was told that they would have refunded me my money if I had paid with a credit card, but that I had paid cash and they couldn't refund cash as they had no money in the drawer. I told them that I had wanted to pay with a credit card and was told that they DO take discover and didn't know why David would tell me to pay cash. She said that I could call the manager, Dennis Stone, on monday and he would refund my money by check. I called monday, didn't catch him and called back tuesday. He said that I was lying about the discover card thing and that he checked the room and there were no bugs on tuesday. (I reported the bugs on saturday morning and even captured one for the front desk staff to see. Also showed the bite marks on my leg and took pictures) WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT THE DISCOVER CARD OR THE BUGS? They were the ones to gain by lying--which is what they did. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I told them that I ALWAYS use my discover card when I travel and that I would have used it this trip especially because there was a special cash back for hotels of 5%. I was told to call the manager and I called to speak to the manager and was treated rudely, called a liar, and they refused to refund even a portion of my stay. YOU ARE TAKING A HUGE RISK IN STAYING WITH THESE PEOPLE, AS THEY WILL NOT BACK THEIR QUALITY--WHICH IS NONEXISTENT!! Avoid this hotel at all costs!! I also reported the incident to the discover card fraud department.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend of mine and at 3:30 am we woke up to violent screams for help. My friend along with about 5 other people who were also awakened and alarmed proceeded to find out which room it was coming from and call the police. In the end the girl said that they were just doing it for "fun" but the tears in her eyes and terror in her voice told a different story. The staff at this hotel did nothing...I think kicking the people out for noise disturbance would have been reasonable...or maybe a discount for those of us scared out of our minds. The manager who was supposed to be in contact with me was on the defensive from the start of our pointless conversation and laughed when he said that he couldn't stop people from having sex at his hotel. I don't think loud sex and cries for help while being raped-or pretending to be raped..whatever...are on the same level. Overall my stay at this hotel was terrible, the staff was negligent and the management rood and probably a raper himself. Oh yeah...my bare feet were sticking to the carpet...

I had to change rooms in the middle of the night on the first night because there was a bug crawling in the bed. The headboard of the second room had been sprayed with something and wasn't cleaned when requested. The side door remained unlocked all night for anyone to enter. Their excuses were that they were in the middle of changing management.
The air conditioner did not work effectively to remove the humidity from the air--the felt damp and SMELLED!! The room smelled mildewy and musty--even a complaint to the front desk did not rectify the odor. The camera vending machine was jammed...
I Chose this motel as it was close to everything. I was turned off when i saw the bullet proof glass covering the front desk. Then we got to the room. It wasnt bad.. your average motel room, clean.. but it did smell funny. My sleep was horrible. I...
