We had reserved online for 4 nights and were delayed two nights because of inclement weather. We called the hotel to cancel in plenty of time(per cancellation policy) but were charged an extra night when we showed up for the remaining two nights....

Fair furnishings, we had to cancel first two nights of 4 night stay because of a blizzard, we canceled in plenty of time but were charged an extra night anyway because we booked online. Manager went out of his way to try to be confusing so we didn't know what he was charging us. The 'continental' breakfast was cheerios and a few mini-muffins the first day. The second day was only Cheerios and they were out of muffins (on a Saturday and there is a grocery store less than a mile away). Won't stay here again or probably any other of this chain if they allow this kind of thing - felt like a big rip-off for a poor-fair room and the other clientèle was a little scary.

The location was good and central in the city. The rooms were not luxurious but fairly clean and comfortable.
