48 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Upon arriving I found it the opposite side of most tourist happenings in the area.
It was located between a wooden stove sales area and a pizza palour with outdoor tables and some teen partying activities the railraod was on the opposite side of the road. ZERO for APPEAL!
The office was LOCKED (2:30 PM) and remained locked; the gentleman buzzed me in. When I sign in I did notice a sign that stated "no refunds" and thought paying in advance was not my best thought out plan. Ice is available by going to the office, ringing the bell and you will get a bucket up until 11:00 PM. The ice however, is not located in the office, but on the opposite end of the building(closest to the pizza joint).
Since we were traveling with a 2 & 5 year old rather than a pool, and we were on our way to see THOMAS THE TANK a playground was more preferable.
It advertized PLAYGROUND; there is a park behind it with several fields, but there is NO PLAYGROUND and I did ask prior to signing in and he stated it was out back.
On the plus side the room and bathroom was quite clean and there was a refrigerator in the room.
