Not very clean. Not recommended. Bathrooms have toilets that stop up.

Spend the money and get yourself a reputable hotel room.

BEWARE NASTY HOTEL! What hotel leaves a plunger by the toilet?

Spend the money and book else where!

I had read the this Motel was being renovated. There are some updates like the newly refurbished bathroom. I'd give the bathroom a 9, the room a 7, the outside halls a 5, the parking lot a 4, the street noise on Lombard in the middle of the night, and the young adults who talked to each other in the hall as if they were in their parents' home, a 2. The staff was pleasant but act like the hired help and not proud owners. It's a decent motel for the price, just a bit shabby in the details. The parking lot hasn't been swept in years, and though the WIND may take care of the dust and the chipped paint from time to time, it is precisely the "unnecessary, but oh so obviously disregarded details" that make this motel just OKAY, even with the 9 rating new bathroom.

Front desk lady was very helpful. But the rooms were old, and smelled like a cat litter box. We had four teenagers with us, and when we saw a hooker walking down the stairs, we knew we had made the wrong choice.

The hotel is close to everything, but the beds and carpet weren't good, they were old and dirty. Especially the carpet!

Even the coffee at the front desk was awful.

It was the most pleasant experience that I would do all over again when I get another chance.

It made me feel special.

The price was good. The rooms were clean.

I'm quite satisfied with the service. The people were friendly and the rooms were clean.

This motel was conveniently located near the Fisherman's Wharf and water where the piers are, with scenic walks along the water and nice small restaurants near the piers. It's a little touristy. The motel was clean and in a safe area and was a quiet ...
