The service was poor. They were overbooked and instead of getting 2 queen beds non-smoking- My daughter and I were put in a king smoking room. The management seemed unconcerned that I did not want a smoking room and just one bed and stated we can not guarentee any type of room. I arrived at 3pm and our room was not ready until after 5:30pm. The room was not very clean and reecked of smoke (management told us that they had desmoked the room. The top this- when we checked out about one week later, I noticed that they double charged me for 2 nights instead of one.
