We have stayed here several times. The staff is helpful, well informed and above all, "friendly." We enjoyed everything they offer, the "happy hour", the full breakfast..just relaxing. (Hope the Lady with all the "kids" continues to "not" like it!).
I have a number of young children - intially chose hotel because of pool, snack time, location. Seemed pretty good at first. Refrigerator door not working well and another room's door also not locking but that was fixed later. Pornography found...

This was our third stay here. Because rooms sleep up to 6. First two stays were great. The clerk was rude. I was given a 3rd floor room, had requested a 1st floor, she changed the room and then said, "oh it's not clean" and gave me the same room...
