Although check in staff were polite...this is not a place to stay. Location is not the greatest, hotel and room were indescribably disgusting. Carpet and walls were putrid; blanket and bedspread smelled of urine. Towels were threadbare. If I had ...

51 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Horrendous!!!. Horrible looking place. Draperies hanging off the windows, and a very dirty,run-down hotel. The pictures online were probably taken 30 years ago when it may have been a nice place.

I am not likely to return to the Americas Best Inns-Grand Rapids.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Okay
64 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

They had clean rooms and a very nice pool. They had a good breakfast included with the price. It was close to where I had to go. I had no problems.

They had a very friendly staff. They did everything we needed.

I am very likely to return to the Americas Best Inns-Grand Rapids.
I might recommend it to friends.

Okay
19 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I liked the jacuzzi in our room.

When we came in, the clerk was very polite and he was cracking jokes, which I found hilarious.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Americas Best Inns-Grand Rapids.
I might recommend it to friends.
