Mediocre
The building is poorly maintained and dirty looking. The pool was out of order. It was very noisy. The breakfast was a joke. The only thing that looked eatable was cold cereal. You will be happier with almost any other property.

Horrible
Carpet was filthy. There was another guest who was given a key to our room after we were already settled in for the night. The phone rang in the middle of the night and no one on the other end. No one at desk at check out time and now I'm charged ...
Have stayed here twice. Staff is very accomodating. If not for some of the guests hanging out in the parking lot, and on the upper balcony all night long, during my last visit, I would have rated my experience higher.
