We booked 2 rooms with other family. Rooms were old, very dirty, night table had dried food on it. While we slept, both rooms, we were bitten by some type of bug. (I hope that they were not bedbugs). This hotel does not rank any stars. Needs to ...

The people in the room directly above ours had a very loud argument for about 3 straight hours. We called the front desk 3 times to complain. The third time we asked the hotel to call the police because it sounded like the woman upstairs was thrown...

We falsely understood this to have an indoor pool --- it is outdoor and was open (end of Sept) but very cold. We also were absolutely unable to get an internet connection. My husband tried late into the evening with no success. Rooms were compact.
