I don't know why there are so many bad reviews here. I stayed and had a comfortable stay at a decent price. Yes there are newer and nicer places in Carbondale, but Best Inns was everything I needed, at the best price in town. If you want newer and nicer you can find it, but you'll pay dearly for it. It's also in a great location, right in the middle of everything, the mall, the shops, restaurants, etc. Ok it's not really perfect (10), but it's much better than what I've been reading here. If I go back to Carbondale, that's where I'll stay again.
