Hotel was under construction. Lobby no carpet, stacked phone books, etc. Newspaper lining stairs and taped to walls. Room smell so bad and one traveler had allergies - on Singulair. Had to leave and pay for 2nd hotel that...

There was no heat in the room so they brought a noisy little electric heater, the bed was like sleeping on rocks, there were no cups for coffee or water, and no condiments for the coffee(sugar,creamer,stirrers) and the entire place was noisy.
