Don't believe the 2 Star rating. It's a 1 Star at best. For $55 for one night we got duct tape on the outside hotel doors to keep them from locking. In the room there were bugs, floor stains, a bad smell, water leak, bad-tasting water, inoperable shower with mold, and a hard-as-rock bed. Holes, stains and HAIR on all the linens. And the list goes on. In the morning, there was a free continental breakfast. The cream was curdled, the food inedible. The only good thing about the place was that is was next door to WhatABurger, where we had breakfast. Spend an extra $20 and go down the street to the Wyndam.

It was close to where we wanted to go, and gave the best rate. The room was very nice and we took full advantage of their services. They were very accommodating. We stayed at two on the trip one South of Austin, then McAllen.

This hotel made me feel respected: They had all my information when I arrived. They also placed us in an out-of-the-way room which I asked for, and it was a remodeled room.
