Staff we interacted with barely spoke English which made explaining our issues with the room completely impossible.
Non-smoking room with cigarette burns on carpets!
Damaged TV. No remote. Cable channels not working. This is where the 80s cable ready TV you sold at a garage sale years ago wound up.
Terrible beds. Old, beat down pillows about two inches thick. Old, beat up, uncomfortable mattresses. Blankets and sheets ridiculously thin.
Trash under the beds including beer bottles.
Missing door trim in bathroom. Tile floor dirty. Mildew in shower. No toilet lid, just the seat? Wallpaper stained yellow from ceiling to about halfway down wall.
Supposed list of amenities - expanded cable TV, hairdryers, microwaves, refrigerators. None of these items were in this room.

Beer bottle opener screwed to front edge of the sink counter was a nice touch.
