I am an Iraq war veteran, I came on my mid-tour from the war to visit my friend with my two twin sons on July 4th and they lived 5 minutes away from the hotel. The management quickly looked at the car and asked how many people were in the vehicle. I say 4 and they demanded me to pay for all them! Even when I explained that I was the visitor, and they will go home afterward!
This hotel do not post their policies for a reason. Once you show up, they will charge you for anyone in your car. Even if they do not stay in the room or merely visiting. The management will warn you that if they catch (since they will warn you again, you are under surveillance) anyone entering your room, they will kick you out, cancel your reservation and apply all the charges even if they kick you out.
The management is extremely rude. And since I did not agreed with their ridicule policies, they canceled my reservation, and charged me for one night.
This hotel has very unfair policies and it was not fair for me at all.
