The pictures on the Internet are deceiving, the room did not come with with a fold out chair that was posted with the pictures, it was not very clean and there was roaches, the room did not have enough towels and no toilet paper in the room when I c
The quality was poor, the management left the staff stranded during a busy, over-booked weekend, there were maintenance issues, customers were complaining about housekeeping, and they checked us out after the first night when I reserved two nights.
To their credit, the staff on duty were trying their best, but their hands were tied. I recommend they get better paying jobs.

This hotel is falsely advertising their quality rating on the Internet. The pictures and the 3 star rating do not show the true quality of this hotel. I had two rooms reserved for Oct. 6th, and they were so disgusting that we could not stay in them. The manager apologized and said that they are under renovation and these rooms had not been remodeled yet. There was gum stuck on the headboards and in the carpet, and they stunk so bad that it was unbearable. I requested a refund on the rooms, because we had to find another hotel to stay at, but the manager said the best he could do was give us 50% off our next stay. He was a complete jerk and hung up on me. Terrible rooms, terrible customer service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They overbooked, checking in was a hassle, and the room was disgusting!
There was black mold and mildew lining the bathtub, the soap crumbled when we opened it, the toilet paper had been wet then dried and placed in the room for use, the bathroom floor was terribly dirty, the bed had nasty stains all over the side of it, there was something splattered on the ceiling above the bed.
It was a safety issue as well: The door between two rooms was locked by three pieces of wood screwed into the door, one of the window locks was broken and missing a piece and the other lock was just left unlocked by management.
The a/c unit was falling apart and covered in dust.

Good
The motel was very clean and smelled very nice in my room. It had a large TV, small microwave and small fridge. It was 100+ outside and the room was super cool. I called for extra towels for swimming and they were brought right away. The pool was...
What a surprise to find I had booked a room at the old Rodeway Inn. The place does need renovating but for the price it was cleaner than some places I have stayed at. The room wasn't really dirty, just old and worn out. I paid $40.00 per night for...
