Even though we booked a non smoking room, the rooms on both sides of us were smoking so the smoked leaked through the ventilation system. We were in town for a funeral and everything else was booked so we had no other choice. I wouldn't even let my two small children down on the floor or take a bath in the hotel. There were roaches, spider webs and mildew throughout. I even found a dirty bandana left from previous tenants behind the night stand. We only had one lamp that worked in the whole room for our light source. Would absolutely NOT stay there again. Even though the room was only $70, I wouldn't pay any more than $45-50.

It is exactly what you would expect for the price. The staff is friendly and homey.

Friendly staff, but the hotel rooms need lots of work. One couple left with their small child when they saw a roach! There were spider webs (or maybe dust bunnies from the very old A/C units) hanging from he ceiling in our friend's room. The microwaves and refrigerators are very old. I am surprised they reopened with all the work that obviously needs to be done. The price was $70.00 a night (possibly was upped due to rodeo and FFA Convention in town--hotels were all booked) and that place shouldn't be charging more than $50.00 a night. It is near the ball field, CVS, Walgreens and a few eateries, but I will never stay in this hotel again!
