The room was not clean, there were stains all over the carpet, hair on the night stand and in the shower. The beds were hard. They had poor desk service. The desk person hit on my son and was flirting with him, then started to flirt with me also. This is no way to run a hotel at all. The continental breakfast area was dirty and not cleaned up after other people used it.

The satellite TV did not work and I was told they could do nothing about it. I was not offered any consideration or even consolation; I was basically told 'too bad.'

I liked the size of the room. The pool and hot tub were nice.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The worker who greeted us was very friendly and there was a puzzle in the main room that made me feel welcome.
