We liked the indoor pool & hot tub, but they need to be cleaned and updated. The pool bottom is starting to come apart. The bed was comfortable, and our in room hot tub was terrific. The place is pet friendly, but we did not hear them barking....

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They would greet us and converse every morning when we came downstairs fro breakfast. They knew my son's name and made him feel special. It was just in general a very enthusiastic and welcoming staff.
