Please be advised that reservations made arriving May 23, 2009 - September 13, 2009: A charge of 1 night's lodging will be applied to the credit card 30 days prior to the arrival date as guarantee on the reservation. Guest must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancel penalty of one nights lodging. If cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival guest will receive refund on advance deposit minus a A $10. 00 USD non-refundable service fee. If reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival credit card will be charged immediately.
