Mediocre
We stayed here 2 years ago when visiting my daughter. It was clean, nice room and pleasent. This time we were given a small room, 1st floor, in back that smelled like cigarette smoke and had a burn on the featherbed.
The staff was very helpful, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I have already recommended this place to family who have also had the same great experience.

80 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The location was very difficult to find if you did not know the area. The room was comfortable and the temperature was well controlled. I would have it enjoyed more if they had a restaurant and bar. I had to walk to both of these.
The room temperature was very good. The bed was large and very enjoyable.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the AmericInn Hotel & Suites - Sarasota.
