48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The room and continental breakfast were okay. However, when I realized I had accidentally left my diamond earrings behind, I returned to the hotel just a few hours later to retrieve them. Unfortunately, the room had already been cleaned and my earrings were not turned in to the front desk. When I called the next day to speak with the general manager, she wouldn't even speak with me. Warning: No matter where you stay, but especially AmericInn in Harrington, Delaware, make sure you take your valuables with you!
We were in a room that the walls were paper thin. We heard the couple in the next room make love all night long and even heard the conversation between the two. We were somewaht very disappointed. This was last November 2004. The location is great...
