Mediocre
in our first room the sheets looked used and the beds were terrible. we upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and things were nicer there but the A/C didn't work - we got $10 off for that - wouldn't go...
42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had two rooms for six nights with a bill of over eight hundred dollars. Our group of two adults and six girls had hockey camp until nine o'clock in the evening. No children under 18 were allowed in the pool that late at night, even accompanied by adults. We asked if we could take the girls in to use the hot tub for a short time after practice one night as they were all stiff and sore. The manager refused even though there was no one else around using the pool area at all. We asked for a large garbage bag for our garbage and the front desk refused to give us one of those, either. They said they were not allowed to give us anything but the little tiny ones. So, we ended up hauling all of our garbage out to the dumpster ourselves rather than having it lay around our room all night. I will not stay there again!
I am not likely
to return to the AmericInn Grand Forks.
I would not recommend it to friends.
