Our stay at the AmericInn hotel included a complimentary breakfast that was substantial and a wonderful way to begin the day. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet, just as desired. We would certainly stay at the AmericInn hotel again.
The desk clerk was polite and pleasant in dealing with us. He used our last name in addressing us and he seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and needs.

They have a nice indoor pool, an essential for me traveling. The service isn't bad either, great place to stay at IOwa city and not expect troubles while traveling.
