The parking lot was not cleared of snow and ice.

They ran out of their snacks at night very quickly, so I never got any. They may want to work on that.
The front desk person did a great job of welcoming us and getting us into our room quickly.

I especially appreciated the quality of the pool area and hot tub. The availability of a suite with a kitchenette was very nice.
The lobby was well arranged and comfortable. The desk personnel were very friendly and informative.
