This hotel made me feel pampered: I won the briefcase giveaway that the desk clerk encouraged me to enter - never enter that kinda stuff - she was really great - positive and will return when in phoenix.

I would refer all my family and friends to amerisuites. The one in dallas/fort worth staff was helping a baby rabbit that had left the nest and was lost. They made sure it got back to the nest. This showed me that they care about all life forms.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They advised us of the all events that was happening around the town. A very nice basket of fruits in the room and just overall friendly staff.

I am very likely to return to the AmeriSuites Phoenix North.

I requested a 'smoking' room. They gave me a non-smoking room. Then they moved me to a smoking room that had no ashtrays! called the desk--they said one would be sent, but it never arrived. I asked the maid for one, but she did not speak english, s.
